Pastor Marc received his call into ministry at a young age while living in Brooklyn, NY.  As a teenager he began preaching at the age of 16 in 1987.  He would help organize groups of youth for outreach on the streets, subways & parks of NYC.   He continued to follow his passion of working with youth ministries and did so in Rochester, NY, where the Lord moved him to in 1996.

In 1997 he married the then Jacqueline Vasquez, who became his wonderful wife.   A year and 1 month later they were blessed with their son, Christian Michael.  Together his family joined an Assembly of God Church in Rochester, NY and served there for 11 years.  During that time both Jackie and Pastor served in various positions such as Youth Directors, Men's & Women's Leaders, Deacon, member of the Board of Governors and such.  Both trained under the leadership of their Pastors for the next step of their ministry.   

Serving as a part time Itinerant Preacher, he has spoken in churches in the New York City, New Jersey, Pennsylvania & the Upstate Northwest areas of New York State.   Pastor Marc & Jacqueline now serve as an Ordained Minister and Senior Pastor of Restoration Life Christian Fellowship, one of Rochester's fastest growing Churches with a heart for Outreach & Restoration. Pastor Marc has earned a Diploma in Christian Education and Biblical Studies from the Spanish Eastern Bible Institute of the Assemblies of God. Sister Jackie is earning her degree in Divinity from Northeastern Bible Seminary at Roberts Weslyan College.  Together they work with a team who shares the vision of Building, Raising, Repairing and Restoring... Isaiah 58:12
